Sheet-metal bending
Send the flat pattern with bend lines on a BEND layer. We cut it on the fiber, fold it on the press brake, and check every hole near a bend before anything is cut.
Your file
Read right here, in your browser — nothing is sent until you slide.
Export the flat pattern from Onshape, Fusion or SolidWorks. Put bend lines on a layer called BEND (or FOLD) — they show green, dashed.
Stock
Only alloys that fold without cracking are listed.
Bends
We read the count from your BEND layer — correct it if the drawing doesn't show them all.
At 1.6 mm with a 1.60 mm radius, K ≈ 0.42 — each 90° bend takes 3.57 mm of flat. Shortest flange ≈ 8.0 mm.
Finish & hardware
Threads cut into holes you've drawn at tap-drill size.
Self-clinching nuts and studs, pressed in. Note sizes below.
Drawing
If the size looks a factor of 25.4 off, the file's units are wrong — correct them here.
The job
How many, by when, and where it goes.
