Onshape runs in a desktop window that knows your MetalForm projects. Export a part the way you always do — it lands in the project you're working on, ready to quote. No keys to paste: you sign the app in once with a code.

Onshape and your projects, in one window. Just the CAD and the way to the shop.

  1. 01DesignOnshape itself — your account, your documents, sign-in on Onshape's own page.
  2. 02ExportSTEP, STL, DXF, PDF — however you export. The app catches it and saves it into your project, a new version each time.
  3. 03MakeOpen the project on MetalForm and get a quote for laser, bending, printing or routing.

Windows 10 and 11 · signs in to your MetalForm account with a code you approve here. As a member it sees your projects only — not your jobs, payments or password.

Shop staff — a superadmin or workshop manager signs the same app in as staff and gets the factory too: every machine and its camera, the queue, the log, and adding machines with their codes.
